Non-immigrant visas allow foreigners to:

- Live in Thailand indefinitely
- Purchase condominiums, cars and motorbikes
- Open Thai bank accounts
The managing company of SEE TEFL provides administration and sponsor documents to support non-immigrant visa applications for participants of our programs. There is no financial requirement other than the visa fee. The necessary visa application support documents will be forwarded directly to the participant once a deposit has been received to confirm a training place.
TEFL Certification: 1-year multiple-entry non-immigrant B (Business) for teachers (see notes below)
Volunteer Option: 1-year multiple-entry non-immigrant O (Volunteer) for volunteers with the DSS Foundation
Study Thai: 1-year multiple-entry non-immigrant ED (Education) for students studying Thai for one full year
1-year non-immigrant B Thai visa applications in the UK, the Netherlands and Australia
Personal or postal applications for this visa are straightforward at the Thai consulates we recommend in these countries. (Please note that a police check is required for non-immigrant B visa applications for teachers in Australia).
Non-immigrant B Thai visa applications in other countries
Non-immigrant B visas obtained in other countries are normally limited to 3 months. However, these visas can be extended indefinitely with the appropriate supporting documents at immigration offices within Thailand.
